Organizational Development

I have over twenty years’ experience in nonprofit governance, leadership, and change management. I have been an organization leader, an organizational consultant, and a board member of multiple social justice organizations.

I bring my hands on experience to my work with staff and boards of mission-driven organizations to help you improve your organizational culture and performance. Specifically, I can help you:

Training and Facilitation

I am a skilled facilitator and trainer, with a background in training, workshops, and retreats. I have a strong preference for facilitation work that is integrated into ongoing organizational work, rather than “one-off” projects. I am experienced in leading:
